Life in Red Bank
Affectionately called The Two River’s region, Middletown and Red Bank share their borders. Poised on the banks of the picturesque Navesink River, Red Bank was ranked #3 Small Town in America to live by Smithsonian Magazine, and recently noted in the Huffington Post.
Featuring the Historic Count Basie Theatre, award winning Two River Theatre Company, boutique shopping, casual and fine dining; there is something for everyone to experience and enjoy, a short walk from home, in Red Bank.
Marine Park and Riverside Gardens Park are a favorite Red Bank destination to picnic, sit and read, relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the Navesink River. Both parks host a variety of open air concerts, movies, music, crafts and food festivals. Additional favorite annual events include: Restaurant Week, The Red Bank Food and Wine Walk the Gallery Gallivant, Red Bank Indie Street Film Festival, Annual Girl’s Night Out and Red Bank Street Life, featuring Saturday night live music throughout town.
The Red Bank Farmer’s Market is open every Sunday from May 21st - November 19th, located in heart of the arts and antiques district in the Galleria Parking lot. An offering of fresh and locally grown produce, flowers and assorted vendors provide a variety of treats.
